The inauguration of the “La Spiaggia dei Valori” the new accessible and permanent facility in Punta Marina Terme (Ra) created by the Insieme a Te Association, marked a historic moment for the inclusion and accessibility of the sea for people with severe disabilities.

The event, part of the traditional “9th July in memory of Dario Alvisi,” was attended by numerous authorities, including the Minister for Disabilities Alessandra Locatelli, Castrese De Rosa, the Prefect of Ravenna, the Archbishop of Ravenna Lorenzo Ghizzoni, Emilia-Romagna Regional Councillor Andrea Corsini, Michele De Pascale, Mayor of Ravenna, Massimo Isola, Mayor of Faenza, as well as representatives from donating entities and businesses that, together with contributions from many private individuals, helped bring this dream to fruition.

Started on 12th February 2024 with the laying of the first stone, the works for the construction of the new beach of the Insieme a Te Association continued until the end of June 2024 when the doors opened for the new summer season. This immense effort was made possible by the willingness and generosity of everyone who contributed to the realisation of this dream.

Over 100 classes from primary schools in Faenza and the Union of Romagna Faentina, as well as more than 2,200 children and young people, participated in the competition “With Camillo at the Beach of Values,” whose celebration and award ceremony took place on Monday, 13th May, in Piazza del Popolo in Faenza.

The project’s goal was to stimulate children’s participation and encourage cooperation among classes in creating artistic panels using mosaic techniques to represent one of the 18 values of the new accessible beach “Insieme a Te – The Beach of Values” in Punta Marina Terme.

On Monday, 12th February 2024, the project “The Sea, Together with You – The Beach of Values” was presented, and the first stone of the new fully accessible structure for people with severe disabilities under construction on the beach of Punta Marina Terme (Ra) was laid.

9th July: event presenting the 2023 season of the Insieme a Te beach and the new project At the Sea Together with You for the construction of a fixed and free bathing facility for disabled individuals, which will replace the current one.

On Friday, 12th May, the award ceremony for the competition “A Game for Everyone” took place in Piazza del Popolo in Faenza. The initiative, organised by the Insieme a Te Odv Association, aimed to promote the inclusion and integration of people with disabilities through the creation of inclusive games designed by children.

On 16th May 2022, the award ceremony for the writing competition “I Write a Story” took place in Piazza del Popolo in Faenza, where 1,500 children from the city’s primary schools participated.
